Classpads

Dedicated devices for students that allow them to participate in interactive learning and activities in the classroom. Classpads resemble a popular game controller. They evoke strong positive emotions in children and make them feel like they are “playing” during their lessons. Their ergonomic shape fits smaller children’s hands.

Sensory buttons with dynamic backlight

Four Classpad buttons have distinctive tactile patterns designed to be easily recognised by touch alone. All have dynamic LED backlighting in colours that match the answers on the screen.

Haptic feedback

Classpads are based on a haptic system that uses gentle vibrations to give students instant feedback on their answers.

Active only when you need them during your lesson

Classpads adapt to your lesson content and remain inactive when not needed to avoid distracting students. Students only respond when you want them to, ensuring a focused and uninterrupted learning environment.

Robust, contact-charged battery

Nobody likes replacing batteries in their devices. That’ is why we have made sure that Classpads have long-lasting batteries so you can work comfortably for days on a single charge. The devices are contact charged in the docking station that comes with the kit.

Docking Station

The mobile Docking Station has several handy features that make it easier for teachers to prepare and conduct lessons.

Designed to be carried

The station has a special carrying handle and 40 magnetic slots for Classpads, so teachers can easily move the whole stack from classroom to classroom. There is also an extra magnetic attachment on the side to attach and transfer the Control Hub too.

The Docking Station does not need to be connected to a power supply. Lessons can even take place outside the school building.

Dynamic assignment of devices to students

Each socket in the station is numbered. By inserting Classpads in the right slots and taking them out again, you can automatically assign them to specific students/numbers in a class register. The station also has a dedicated button to quickly synchronise devices with a single click, for example if you mix up devices from another class.

Charging up to 40 devices with just one cable

Plug the supplied charger cable into the station to charge your Classpads. In just a few hours, the station will fully charge them all.

Fits up to 40 devices

The Docking station can hold up to 40 Classpads, allowing you to work with up to 40 students at a time. This ensures efficient and organised charging and storage for large classes.

One-click auto-pairing

One click on the docking station automatically connects all the inserted devices. This feature makes setup quick and easy, saving valuable teaching time.

Control Hub

The Control Hub manages the two-way communication between the teacher and the students (Classpads). Connect the Control Hub through the USB and all the magic happens in the background of the application.
